Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree conferring the title Honored Artist Syutkina singer Valeria. Musicians honored with the wording "for his contribution to the arts." The same decree were noted artist Alex Shmarinov received the order "For Services to the Fatherland" and the conductor of the Leningrad Regional Drama and Puppet "Holy Fortress" Yuri Labetskaya, was awarded the "Order of Friendship" said Intermedia.
