Simonovsky District Court in Moscow ordered the RTR composer David Tukhmanov pay 320,000 rubles in compensation for copyright infringement. The court found that RTR illegally produced TV version recitals Tukhmanov "Gravity of Love", which was at the State Kremlin Palace, in 2004. The composer has the TV company to court in 2004. In 2007 Simonovsky court dismissed the lawsuit but later Moscow City Court found the decision illegal and ordered a new trial. Earlier, in June 2007, appointed Savyolovsky District Court in Moscow RTR Tukhmanov pay 900,000 rubles for illegal transfer of songs on Independence Day of Russia carried out on Red Square.
