The first channel has started applications for participation in the Euro Vision Song Contest 2009 in Moscow on 12, 14 and 16. Applications from candidates for participation in the qualifying round of the competition will be 24th of the November assumed by Intermedia. Following the announcement of the channel in the selection of works accepted length of not more than three minutes, unpublished and not publicly 1st to October this year will be carried out, to participate from over 16 artists. The application deadline is 1 January.
