Second February Alexander F. Sklyar spoke at a dinner in honor of Queen Sonja of Norway. Dinner was from the direction of the Festival "Barents Spectacle 2011" in Kirkenes (Norway), where the invited artists, a participant was organized. Festival in Kirkenes is in its eighth year, but the first time it was graced by the Queen of Norway, which met in the city all day and attended the opening ceremony of the festival. Alexander F. Sklyar Alexander F. Sklar is not the first time take part in Kirkenes festival with various musical projects. This time he came with a program of songs by Alexander Vertinsky.
